Plagiarism Policy

Prevention of plagiarism is essential as it provides scientific and academic integrity. Hence, SJNR : Scientific Journal of Nursing Research uses the iThenticate Plagiarism Detection Software for controlling plagiarism concerns. Also SJNR Journal editors will run plagiarism check using Grammarly for the submitted manuscripts before sending to reviewers. We do not process any plagiarised contents. If a manuscript has over 15% of plagiarism based on the result of Grammarly check, we will send back the manuscript to the author to be revised for the plagiarised contents

It is basically author’s duty to only submit a article that is free from plagiarism and academically malpractices. The editor, however, double checks each article before its publication. The first step is to check plagiarism against offline database and secondly, against as much as possible online databases.
