Abstract


Abstrak. Kajian Pustaka Peran Mesocyclops Sebagai Pengedalian Hayati Vector Demam Berdarah Dengue Di Indonesia. Demam berdarah masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat, pada tahun 2010 Indonesia masih di urutan tertinggi kasus demam berdarah di ASEAN, berbagai penelitian baik di dalam negeri dan luar negeri berhasil dilakukan untuk menemukan alternatif pengendalian vektor Ae. aegypti tanpa pestisida, hasilnya cukup menggembirakan. Metode literatur bertujuan untuk mendapatkan ide dari hasil Mesocyclops penelitian sebagai kontrol biologis vektor DBD. Penelitian yang dilakukan di berbagai negara di dunia termasuk Indonesia (BPVRP Salatiga) menyimpulkan bahwa peran Cyclops sebagai kontrol biologis terutama vektor nyamuk Aedes aegypti sangat dipercaya. Salah satu negara dapat mengatasi masalah DBD adalah Vietnam, hasil penelitian yang disebarkan sebagai dasar untuk program pengendalian vektor Cyclops dan mengoptimalkan peran dari semua sektor baik negeri maupun swasta, serta masyarakat. Semoga Cyclops bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam pengendalian vektor DBD nasional di Indonesia, karena harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria alternatif dalam pemecahan masalah demam berdarah.

Abstract. Study The Role Mesocyclops as Natural Controlling of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Vector in Indonesia. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is still a public health problem, in 2010 Indonesia was still on the highest order of dengue cases in ASEAN, various studies both domestically and abroad successfully done to find alternative vector control Ae. aegypti without pesticide, the results are quite encouraging. Method of literature review aims to get an idea of the results of research Mesocyclops as biological control of dengue vectors. Research carried out in various countries in the world including Indonesia (BPVRP Salatiga) concluded that the role of Cyclops as a biological control especially vector Aedes aegypti is very believable. One country can overcome the problems of DHF is Vietnam, as exploit research results as the basis for intervention Cyclops vector control programs and the optimal role of all sectors both public and private, as well as the community. Hopefully Cyclops can be one alternative in the national dengue vector control in Indonesia, because it has to meet several criteria alternative in solving the problem of dengue.
