Studi Bionomik Vektor Malaria Di Dusun Mampon, Desa Somongari, Kecamatan Kaligesing Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah
Abstract
Populasi An. maculatus dan An. vagus memiliki ketertarikan pada host manusia (antropofilik).
Abstract: Bionomic Studies of Mosquito Vector Malaria in Mampon Hamlet, Somongari Village, Kaligesing Sub-district, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. This study is descriptive describes the state of bionomic mosquito vector in the survey location. The malaria vector survey was aimed at two targets, namely: survey of larvae and surveys of adult mosquitoes Anopheles sp. The sampling of Anopheles sp larvae was used by the method of curing (drain), while the sampling of adult mosquitoes using various methods. From the mosquitoes fishing activities found 376 mosquitoes, derived from Genus Anopheles, Culex and Armigeres. The composition of captured mosquitoes is dominated by Genus Culex and Armigeres. Anopheles Genus mosquitoes are found in a very low density or relative abundance of 1%. Conclusions from this study are Anopheles species found in two species, namely An. Maculatus and An. Vagus. Population An. Maculatus and An. Vagus is found in very low population density (<1%). Population An. Maculatus and An. Vagus has an interest in the human host (anthropophilic). Potential habitat types of Anopheles sp larvae form puddles on the edge of small rivers and puddles on the banks of large rivers resulting from seepage of water from the hills.
