Rancangan Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal Untuk Menurunkan Densitas Larva Dan Virus Dengue Di Wilayah Endemis DBD Kota Pontianak

Abstract


Abstrak: Rancangan Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal untuk Menurunkan Densitas Larva dan Virus Dengue di Wilayah Endemis DBD Kota Pontianak. Jenis penelitian ini rancangan ekperimental quasi yaitu Control group,  pree and pos test design Control group,  pree and pos test design.. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelurahan endemis DBD  yakni kelurahan Sungai Bangkong sebagai lokasi intervensi dan Kelurahan Sungai beliung sebagai pembanding. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 200, masing-masing kelurahan sebanyak 100 rumah. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan rerata indeks kepadatan larva House Index (HI) nilai  p:0,014,  larva Container Index (CI) dg nilai p:0,026 dan Breteu Index (BI) dengan nilai p:0,007 antara sebelum dan sesudah pemasangan rancangan Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata indeks transmsi transovarial (ITT)  sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan rancanagan ovitrap  Mix Sticky-Autocidal dengan nilai p:1,0.

Abstract: Design of Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal to Lower Larva Density and Dengue Virus in Endemic DBD Region of Pontianak City. This research type is quasi experimental design that is Control group, pree and post test design. Control group, pree and post test design. Population and sample in this research is dengue endemic village that is Sungai Bangkong as the location of intervention and Sungai Beliung urban village as comparison. The number of samples is 200, each kelurahan is 100 houses. The result of this research is there is difference of mean of House Index (HI) larvae density index p value: 0,014, Container Index (CI) larva with p value: 0,026 and Breteu Index (BI) with p value: 0,007 between before and after installation of Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal. However, there was no difference in the mean of transovarial transmision index (ITT) before and after intervention using sticky-autocidal Mix ovitrap plan with p value: 1.00.
