Perilaku Imunisasi Oleh Ibu Bayi di Kota Singkawang Tahun 2020

Abstract


Cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap Kota Singkawang merupakan yang paling rendah di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, sehingga dipandang perlu untuk melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang faktor penghambat dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Kota Singkawang. Merupakan studi potong lintang (cross sectional) dengan desain concurrent triangulation mix method. Dilakukan pada tahun 2020, dengan 100 responden ibu balita dan informan stakeholder terkait di kabupaten, puskesmas, dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara statistik tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan, pengetahuan, dan keterpaparan penyuluhan  dengan perilaku ibu mengimunisasikan anaknya di Kota Singkawang. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara lingkungan sosial responden dengan perilaku Ibu mengimunisasikan anaknya (p value= 0,684). Lingkungan sosial yang kurang mendukung mempunyai peluang 2,3 kali untuk kurang mendukung perilaku ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi pada anaknya. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan peran tokoh agama dan masyarakat, dokter, bidan praktek mandiri, klinik dalam pelaksanaan imunisasi, optimalisasi media informasi,  penyusunan Peraturan Walikota tentang peningkatan akses dan pelayanan imunisasi dimasa pandemi dan penguatan kolaborasi Lembaga
