Kajian Media Filter Limbah Rambut Manusia Terhadap Kandungan Fe (Besi) Pada Air Sumur Gali Di Komplek Perumahan Tiara Pesona Kelurahan Siantan Hulu Kota Pontianak

Abstract


Abstrak: Kajian Media Filter Limbah Rambut Manusia Terhadap Kadar Fe (Besi) Pada Air Sumur Gali di Komplek Perumahan Tiara Pesona Kelurahan Siantan Hulu Kota Pontianak. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah perlakuan terhadap objek penelitian sebanyak 3 variasi, 1 kontrol dan jumlah pengulangan sebanyak 6 kali, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata kadar Fe kontrol adalah 4,191 mg/l, kadar Fe setelah dilakukan pengolahan dengan alat filter menggunakan limbah rambut manusia dengan variasi ketebalan 80 cm sebesar 3,224 mg/l, 100 cm sebesar 2,963 mg/l dan 120 cm sebesar 2,673 mg/l, dengan persentase penurunan kadar Fe dari setiap variasi ketebalan media yaitu 23%, 29% dan 36%. Uji anova didapatkan p<0,05 artinya ada perbedaan antara variasi ketebalan media filter 80 cm, 100 cm dan 120 cm menggunakan limbah rambut manusia terhadap penurunan kadar Fe pada air sumur gali.

Abstract: The Examines The Media Filter of Humen Hair to Absorb Fe (Iron) in Dug Well Water at The Tiara Pesona Housing Complez in Siantan Hulu Village Pontianak Ciy. This is an experimental research. The sample in this study were treatments of the research objects as many as theree variations, one control and six repetitions, so the number of samples in this study were 24. The research showed that average level of control Fe was 4,191 mg/l, and the levels of Fe after filtration treatment using hair with thickness 80 cm of 3,224 mg/l, 100 cm of 2,963 mg/l and 120 cm of 2,673 mg/l, respectively with reduction percentage in Fe levels of each thickness variation of the media namely 23%, 29% and 36%. The anova test result was p>0,005 meaning there are differences between the variations in the thickness of the filter media 80 cm, 100 cm and 120 cm using human hair and decreased levels of iron in the dug well water.
