Faktor Risiko Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Tuberkulosis (TB) Paru Di Kecamatan Seluas Kabupaten Bengkayang

Abstract

Abstrak. Faktor Risiko yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Penderita Penyakit TB Paru di Kecamatan Seluas Kabupaten Bengkayang . Penelitian berdesain case control dengan jumlah kasus 30 dan kontrol 30. Untuk melihat kecenderungan pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat  digunakan Uji Chi-Square (α 0,05). Hasil penelitian menyatakan beberapa faktor sanitasi rumah berpengaruh dengan kejadian penyakit TB paru, yaitu faktor pencahayaan (OR 5,675), faktor suhu (OR 13) dan kepadatan hunian (OR 6,417), sedangkan faktor perilaku penghuni tidak berpengaruh dengan kejadian penyakit TB paru. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu masyarakat harus memperhatikan kondisi pencahayaan rumah agar rumah tidak lembab sehingga kuman TBC tidak dapat bertahan. Penghuni juga harusnya tidak menempati rumah jika jumlah penghuni melebihi standar, terlebih jika terdapat penderita TB parudi dalamnya.

Abstract: Risk Factors Associated with Incident of Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Tb) in Seluas District Bengkayang. Case control The research design is a number of cases 30 and 30 control. To see the trend of the effect of the independent variable and dependent variable used chi-square test (α 0.05). The results stated several factors of home sanitation influenced to pulmonary TB disease incidence, the lighting factor (OR 5.675), the temperature factor (OR 13) and population density (OR 6.417), while the occupant behavioral factors did not influenced the incidence of pulmonary TB disease. The suggestion that people must noticed the lighting conditions keep a home not humid so TB germs can not survive. Residents also should not occupy the home if the number of occupants exceeds the standards, especially if there is pulmonary tuberculosis patients in it.
