Analisis Gen ORF dan Gen N Pada Pasien Terkonfirmasi Covid19 Kategori Positif Tinggi di Kalimantan Barat

Abstract


Covid19 merupakan pandemic dunia yang disebabkan oleh virus Sar-Cov-2. Virus ini mulai masuk dan menyebar di Kalimantan Barat sejak April 2020. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis deteksi virus Sar-Cov-2 pada pasien dengan kategori positif tinggi dengan target gen ORF dan gen N. Hasil Swab Naso/Oro pasien dianalisis dengan menggunakan Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahawa analisis dengan kedua gen menghasilkan nilai Ct dan Viral Load yang bervariasi. Ct rendah terkait dengan Viral Load yang tinggi namun hal ini tidak berkorelasi absolut. Selain itu analisis sampel dari bulan Mei hingga November 2020 juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan viral load sampel yang mungkin terjadi akibat mutase gen D614G.
